Via dei Pilastri is a street in thehistoric centre of Florence, located between Piazza Sant’Ambrogio (at the corner with Via Giosuè Carducci) and Borgo Pinti, beyond which the street continues under the name Via degli Alfani. Along its route, it intersects with Via Luigi Carlo Farini, Via de’ Pepi and Via Fiesolana.
The property is located at number 23, within an elegant historic building (Palazzo Pozzolini), which over time has been divided into private apartments. The apartment is situated on the top floor of a three-storey building. There is no lift, but the staircase is comfortable and easy to access.
The property is quiet and private and, from the top floor, offers a beautiful view of the dome of the Florence Synagogue and the Jewish Museum of Florence. Its distinctive green copper dome is one of the city’s most recognisable landmarks.

The fleet was founded at the initiative of Matteo Italo Ratti in 1992 in Domaso, a small town on Lake Como.
In its early years, the company operated small sailing boats with lifting keels.
Over time, the company expanded and gained importance, reaching the Italian seas with its first sailing yacht. Since then, many nautical miles have been sailed.
Today, Sailor.Tex operates a fleet of sailing yachts up to 16 metres in length, all built and maintained to high standards of quality and safety.
A fleet of excellence that has chosen as its main base what is widely regarded as Italy’s finest marina: Marina Cala de’ Medici. The marina is easily accessible both by car and by air, with Pisa Airport just 44 km away and the A12/E80 Rosignano motorway exit only a few kilometres from the port.
From here, guests have immediate access to a remarkable territory rich in art cities, historical and natural beauty, and world-renowned food and wine traditions—including destinations such as Pisa, Florence, Volterra, San Gimignano and Siena.
Marina Cala de’ Medici is also located at the heart of the beautiful Tuscan Archipelago, at the meeting point between the Ligurian Sea and the Northern Tyrrhenian Sea.
The base within the marina of Rosignano represents one of Sailor.Tex’s greatest strengths, as it is the ideal departure point for exploring Elba Island, Capraia and Gorgona, among many other destinations.
Corsica lies just 18 nautical miles from Capraia, making it the closest point of the island to the entire Italian peninsula.
